HIIT INTERVALS
This is a great form of interval training that focuses on heart rate and strength. You will increase your metabolism, gain strength and lift your spirit. (45 min)
SCULPT & SWEAT
This is a combination of strength training with a fun mix of cardio intervals. Great for increasing your metabolism and strength. (55 min)
BODY WORK
This workout will focus on upper & lower body strength training. This class uses weights & bands. You will WORK your body-mind & spirit. (55 min)
ZUMBA®
This is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music. This is easy to follow choreography that makes you feel like a dancer while increasing your fitness and happiness. Great for all fitness levels. (55 min)

YOGA STRENGTH
Build strength and endurance with a powerful vinyasa flow.  This is a fast-paced and dynamic activity that emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next. Develops whole body strength as it increases your cardiovascular endurance.  You will sweat! (55 min)
SLOW FLOW
Combination of Hatha yoga and slow vinyasa. Build balance, strength, and flexibility with a gentle relaxing flow (55 min)
CANDLELIGHT YOGA
A great way to end a strong workout week.  Relax your body and mind and stretch your overworked muscles.  Meditative, quiet, slow, relaxing, stretching (55 min)
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Build strength and flexibility with sun salutations, strong standing poses, balance poses and a focus on core strength throughout.  Modifications always available to make class accessible to many. (55 min)
NIRVANA
This is a mind body flow method that integrates breathing patterns with Pilates and Yoga toning with stretching movements. The music is inspirational with pre-set breathing cues. (55 min)
BREATHE-STRETCH-MEDITATE
Loosen up and lay down in this playful, restorative and relaxing experience. We begin with movements that raise your energy and lubricates your joints before taking a long laying meditation, complete with sound bath. (55 min)
BARRE
This hybrid workout technique is inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga & Pilates. The class incorporates ballet barre and high repetition moments. (55 min)
